PHYSICAL TEMPLES
The following is included in the final Theocracy Titles / Progression post in the Alliance Nexus forum:
"- High Priests or better can build a physical Temple in their respective Matriarch's den, offering shield recharges to passing Pilgrims and other pilots who free dragon souls from their mortal forms. The general consensus is that 5 credits per shield point is a reasonable fee. Sometimes, 'rental' arrangements are secured with the owners of existing Energy Wells instead."
Having secured a priesthood, I have my eye on the High Priesthood of the Temple of Koo-Chippujana with a view to becoming her Runic Guardian. Collecting some more ribbons was already an objective before getting involved with the Theocracy, so this kinda fits.
There is already an energy well in the Wolf Dragon's Den owned by a Free Trade Syndicate pilot Morgenstern - the only Imperial Member they have.
He doesn't have a building welcome message at his ewell, so I've offered to buy this off him as a kind of billboard. If the Theocracy does eventually get a string of ewells across the galaxy, then I'll re-think this. In the meantime buying Morgenstern's welcome message board, should he agree, would
- Ensure that there was a reasonably priced ewell in the Wolf Dragon's Den to help Pilgrims (actually Morgenstern's offers free shield recharges).
- Establish a Theocracy presence in the Wolf Den to help publicise our activities and, hopefully, gain more members for the Theocracy
- Achieve the above without getting up the nose of any existing inhabitants - and without the need to give up a building slot.
The message I'm asking Morgenstern to utilise is as follows. The message is in code and works perfectly as a building message.

Ensure that you have sufficient fuel and aps before you enter since floating aimlessly / loitering is considered a grave insult to Koo-Chippujana and ships which do so run the risk of being destroyed.
Space for this temple has been rented from Morgenstern, the building owner, by Camille, Priestess of the Temple of Koo-Chippujana. Camille is a member of the [url=http://kairang.forumactie.com/t6-welcome]Theocracy of Kai-Rang[/url]. Her main duties are to keep the local routes open for [url=http://forum.pardus.at/index.php?showtopic=65154]Pilgrims[/url].

All except Novices are Pilots able to free a Matriarch from her mortal form ( i.e. kill a Space Dragon Queen) who have taken the first steps on the Path to Enlightenment. Novices are less experienced Pilots who have placed themselves under Koo-Chippujana's protection. It is Camille's duty to nurture Novices up to the point when they are able to free a Matriarch for the first time and become Initiates.
